SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We have different shipping options:
1- An Post Standard Posting
These parcels are almost always next working day delivery if ordered before 12 noon. This option does not offer a tracking service.
Parcel will be delivered by normal post and will not require a signature. A receipt will be issued by the post office for these parcels which can be shown to the customer on request. As there is no tracking service with this option I/You have no Track & Trace option. On this option I CANNOT offer a replacement order or refund if the parcel is not received. If no one is home to receive the parcel it will go to your local sorting center where you can collect your parcel with a valid form of I.D.
On most occasions the post man will leave a “Missed Delivery” slip which you can bring with you.
UK Deliveries please allow up to 3 days for this option.
2- An Post Tracking Posting
These parcels are almost always next working day delivery if ordered before 12 noon. This option provides a tracking service and a track & trace number will be sent once the parcel has been posted. Parcel will be delivered by An Post and will require a signature.
These parcel’s are insured by An Post and if for some reason is not delivered can be tracked and An post can be notified.
If no one is home to receive the parcel it will go to your local sorting center where you can collect your parcel with a valid form of I.D.
On most occasions the post man will leave a “Missed Delivery” slip which you can bring with you.

3- Courier Service
Parcel collection will be scheduled within 24 hours of your booking. Standard service orders must be booked before 5.00pm Monday to Friday to ensure collection can be scheduled for the next working day. Bookings received after 5.00pm will fall into the following day’s booking time frame. Bookings made over weekends will be scheduled for collection on Tuesday. Parcels will be booked in on day of order to ensure collection next day if ordered before 4pm. Full track & Trace service provided with this option.

RETURNS POLICY:
Please note we do NOT offer refunds.
If you would like to return an item you have purchased you have the choice of an exchange or credit note up to 1 week after purchase.
If your item was posted or couriered to you please note the cost of the delivery will NOT be included in your exchange or credit as that has been paid for this service and is NON REFUNDABLE.
The cost of the return is your (the buyers) responsibility.
There is NO exchange on Sale Items or Items in Clearance.
